Jack Eglé, who is originally from Louisiana, recently joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate after 13 years practicing real estate in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. He began his career with Long & Foster Realtors, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the US. During his tenure with Long & Foster, Jack founded The Eglé Group, which was responsible for over 425 transactions worth approximately $175M in sales.
Concurrently, Jack served as Area Developer for Saxbys Coffee, a retail coffee franchise out of Philadelphia, PA. In this capacity, Jack was responsible for selling franchises and helping to grow the number of units in the DC market while coordinating the site selection for each new franchisee. He worked closely with retail brokers in all aspects of site evaluation, selection, design, construction, and lease negotiations.
Throughout his career, Jack has worked with a wide range of investors and developers, and he has invested in several properties of his own as well. Jack attributes his success in the real estate business to his primary focus of bringing value to his clients. He accomplishes this through his attention to even the smallest detail of every interaction, his ability to build trust in each of his professional relationships, and his uncompromising desire for excellence in each endeavor. Putting his name to his work is not an ideal Jack takes lightly, and he prides himself on his ability to think creatively and execute at a high level while holding himself to extremely high standards.
Jack volunteers time locally with a non-profit housing organization, St. Bernard Project, where he helps to build homes for families who were displaced after Hurricane Katrina. He also advises St. Bernard Project on strategies to expand their First Time Home Buyer Program and thus increase the impact on individuals and communities around New Orleans.
